Overview
This policy covers two things that are easy to mix up, so we're keeping them separate on purpose: this website (wasf.my.id — the docs, pricing, and support pages you're reading right now) and the WA SmartFlow WordPress plugin, which runs on sites we don't operate. What each one does with data is different, and we'd rather explain both plainly than write one vague paragraph that technically covers everything and clarifies nothing.
Short version: this website doesn't track you, and the plugin doesn't send your customers' data to us. Read on for the specifics.
This website
wasf.my.id doesn't run analytics, doesn't set tracking cookies, and doesn't build a profile of who's visiting. There's no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmap tool, nothing watching you move around the docs.
The search box on the homepage runs entirely in your browser — typing a keyword filters a list that's already loaded on the page. Nothing you type there is sent anywhere, logged, or stored. It just doesn't leave your device.
The one thing this site does load from an external source is Google Fonts, for the typeface you're reading right now. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch the font files, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request, the same as it would for any resource loaded from a URL on their domain. We use it purely for typography — we don't get any data back from it, and it's not connected to analytics or advertising. If that bothers you, most browsers let you block third-party font requests without breaking the page (you'll just get a system font instead).
Support tickets
Submitting the support ticket form sends the following to our server:
| Field | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| License key | Verified against our license server to confirm you're a paying customer and to route the ticket at the right priority |
| Name & email | So we know who we're talking to and where to send the reply |
| Website URL, WordPress/plugin version | Helps us reproduce the problem instead of guessing |
| Category, subject, message | The actual content of your request |
| IP address | Used only to rate-limit form submissions and catch spam — not stored against your identity beyond that |
Your license key is checked against our license server in a direct server-to-server request — it never passes through a third party, and the check itself doesn't consume one of your license activations. Once submitted, the ticket is saved on our server and emailed to our support inbox so a person can act on it. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with anyone outside of handling your request.
The plugin itself
This is the part that matters most, so we'll say it plainly: WA SmartFlow does not send your website visitors' data to us. When someone on your site fills out a form, clicks the WhatsApp button, or places an order through WA Store, that lead information stays in your own WordPress database. If you've connected Google Sheets, Telegram, or an email marketing platform, it goes exactly where you configured it to go — us included. We don't get a copy.
What the plugin does talk to us about, from a licensed site, is narrower:
- License activation and periodic re-check — your license key and domain, sent to our license server to confirm the license is valid and hasn't exceeded its site limit.
- Update checks — the plugin asks our update server whether a newer version exists, similar to how any WordPress plugin checks for updates.
- Support tickets — only if you use the ticket form described above; this is a separate, deliberate action on your part, not something the plugin does automatically.
None of that includes your visitors' names, emails, phone numbers, or messages. If you use the Lite version from WordPress.org, the same principle applies — it doesn't phone home anything beyond the standard WordPress.org update mechanism.
Third-party services
Depending on which page you're on and what you use, the following external services are involved:
- Google Fonts — loads typography for this website, as described above.
- Our own license server (pro.letsgrow.id) — handles license verification for both the plugin and the support ticket form. It's operated by us, not an outside company, but we're listing it here for transparency since it does receive your license key and domain.
- Payment processing — purchases are handled by our payment provider's checkout page, which collects your payment details directly; we don't see or store your card number.
We don't use ad networks, retargeting pixels, or data brokers on this website.
Cookies
This website doesn't set any cookies of its own — no tracking cookies, no preference cookies, nothing. If this site is served through WordPress, WordPress core may set its own session cookies for logged-in administrators managing the site, but that has nothing to do with you as a visitor reading the docs.
Data retention
Support ticket records are kept for as long as reasonably useful for handling your request and any follow-up — typically this means as long as your license is active, plus a period after in case the same issue resurfaces. If you'd like a ticket deleted sooner, just ask (see Contact below) and we'll remove it.
License records are kept for as long as the license exists, since we need the activation history to enforce site limits and answer "which sites is this key active on" questions from you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold tied to your email or license key
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your support ticket history
Email us (see Contact) and we'll handle it directly — no account portal or self-service dashboard needed for this, it's a small enough operation that a real person reads and answers these.
Children's privacy
This website and the WA SmartFlow plugin are business tools aimed at website owners and developers. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and we don't direct any part of this site at them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters — a new third-party service, a change in what the plugin sends us — we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly water down your rights without saying so here first.

Questions about any of this, or a request under "Your rights" above: support@wasf.my.id, or use the support ticket form if you're a licensed customer and it's easier that way.
