Pricing

One payment. No subscription surprises.

Every paid plan unlocks the full Pro feature set — the only difference is how many sites you can run it on, and how fast we answer your tickets. Pick the one that matches how you actually work, not how big you'd like to look.

Annual Lifetime

Billed once a year, not an auto-renewing subscription — nothing is charged automatically when it expires.

Starter
You run one site and that's genuinely all you need.
$29 / year
1 site Buy Starter
  • Everything in Pro — full feature set
  • Welcome Popup, Form Popup, WA Store
  • Built-in SMTP, Pixel Tracking, Sheets
  • Lead Connectors (Telegram, webhook, ESPs)
  • Standard support — 3–5 working days
  • Room to grow to a second site
Pros: the cheapest way into the full Pro feature set — nothing is held back or crippled, you just get one activation.
  • Same features as Business and Agency, no watered-down "starter" version
  • Cheapest entry point if you really do only run one WordPress site
Watch out for:
  • Picks up a second client next month? You're buying another license, not upgrading this one
  • Slowest support queue of the three paid tiers
Agency
WA SmartFlow goes on every client site you ship, standard.
$139 / year
25 sites Buy Agency
  • Everything in Business
  • 25 site activations
  • Priority support — under 24 hours
  • Lowest cost per site by far
Pros: under $6/site a year on the annual plan — nothing else comes close if you're actually deploying at that scale.
  • Priority queue matters when a client site breaks and you need an answer today
  • One purchase covers a real client roster instead of juggling several licenses
Watch out for:
  • Overkill for a solo freelancer with 3 sites — you'd be paying for 22 activations you're not using
  • 25 is a hard cap; past that, get in touch rather than assuming it scales further on its own

Questions
Annual vs. lifetime — what's the actual difference?
Same plugin, same features, same site limit. Annual is billed once a year and just quietly expires if you don't renew — nothing is auto-charged. Lifetime is one payment and you're done. Roughly speaking, lifetime pays for itself compared to renewing every year for about two and a half years — if you're planning to run this long-term, lifetime works out cheaper.
What happens when an annual license expires?
The plugin doesn't stop working — it drops back to Lite behavior on that site. Pro features (Welcome Popup, WA Store, and the rest) pause until you renew. Your settings and data aren't deleted, so picking it back up later doesn't mean starting over.
Can I move my license to a different domain?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one from Settings → License in the plugin. Swapping domains doesn't use up an extra activation.
I outgrew Starter — do I upgrade, or buy a new license?
Buy the tier you need going forward (Business or Agency) and use that one from then on. If you'd like a hand retiring the smaller license or have a specific situation, send us a support ticket and we'll sort it out.
Does "1 site" mean 1 domain, including staging?
It means one activation at a time. Most people activate on production and don't bother licensing a staging copy — Lite already runs fine there for testing layout and settings. If you need Pro features active on staging too, that counts as a second site.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown in USD before any tax your local jurisdiction requires — the checkout page will show the final total before you pay.
